October 17th- 26 weeks

Well I'm 26 weeks today! Yea! Another milestone! We had a doctor appointment yesterday and they checked fluids. All looked good with the fluids on all 3 babies. They will check measurements in 2 weeks. We also tried to see if we could take a peak to see what Baby C is again. No success. Baby C would not cooperate. Believe me the doctor tried. She spent alot of time on Baby C. So maybe in a couple weeks or maybe we will have to wait until delivery. Of course with Baby A and Baby B my identical boys there was no problem seeing their winkies, they have never been shy. I am feeling really good just starting to get a bit uncomfortable at night. My stomach is so heavy and I am tossing and turning all night. I guess it's good that I am not working anymore, I couldn't imagine worrying about work as well. I attached the latest ultrasound pictures. They are in a row, from top to bottom, Baby A, B, and C. We will also be having another baby shower this week so I will post those pics later.

Well we had our first baby shower and am so thankful to everyone. We received so many wonderful gifts. We also received a lot of diapers and wipes which I know will be put to good use. The amazing thing was that we received gifts from people we didn't even know. From my in-laws neighbors and their work friends and friends of friends. It was truly a blessing. Our family and friends were of course awesome as always. My mom took pictures and as soon as I get them I will post them from that day. I am attaching some pics of the items we received. I have a lot of organizing to do. I am waiting until after our 2nd shower to do that. It's in about a week. I can't wait to see family of mine that I haven't seen for a while. I can't believe that we are here already. There was a time that I wasn't even sure I would be having a shower or if I would still be pregnant and be able to hold these precious babies but am so thankful for the journey thus far. I just pray daily to be able to hold them long enough for them to be healthy. So although I am so happy to be at this point we still have some more milestones to reach. I am not taking anything in this pregnancy for granted. It really is a unique experience and am so thankful God chose us to walk this journey. As far as updates on the babies, I have nothing new to report except to say that they are really kicking now. The identical boys are more active then our unknown Baby C. It's probably because they are fighting for space. Baby C has it's own little apartment. I also think we are narrowing the search for names. It's been tough. Since Baby C is unknown we have to have both a girl and boy's name ready. I have been receiving many pink items so I may be making some exchanges in the future if Baby C turns out to be a boy. Also the babies love music! That's to say they come to life when I put music on. Our next appointement is next week so I will update in about a week.

October 3rd- 24 weeks!

Well today is the first big milestone, 24 weeks. At this time the pregnancy is considered viable and the babies would have a chance of survival if born after this date. This is of course still very soon so we are looking forward to the next milestone of 28 weeks. We got to see all the babies yesterday and get their measurements. Baby A is weighing in at 1 lb 5 oz, Baby B is 1 lb 3 oz, and Baby C is 1 lb 5 oz. These measurements are all in line with the weight of a singleton baby so this is great news. They did mention that Baby B is a little behind Baby A, it's identical, so we will look at them to make sure this isn't the start of a pattern in 2 weeks. This is somewhat worrisome because it could be the beginning stages of TTS-Twin Transfer Syndrome. The doctor also said it could be nothing so we are praying for nothing and trying not to worry too much about it. On a good note Baby C has caught up weight wise, which is awesome because he or she has always been smaller than his or her brothers.

Well on a funny note, we still don't know what Baby C is. They couldn't get a good look between his/her legs and since it's pretty squished in their Baby C can't really open them. So we may not know what Baby C is until they're born. We are fine with this and I guess will have to have both a girl and boy name ready for Baby C. Although we have many grandma's dying to buy pink they will have to refrain until the babies are born and think green and yellow. Either way healthy babies is what's important and if it's all boys then I guess I am a mama to little boys and am raising 4 men to be. Lil Vic has come out great so far so we must be doing something right. The pictures attached are all of Baby C. I guess they were concentrating so much on Baby C that they only ended up printing us pics of this baby.
